About Arlene

Arlene has always believed in fairytales and is a storyteller at heart.  She tells the story of each couple in the photographs that she takes in a very relaxed and unobtrusive manner. She doesnt want her images to look forced – that’s why she’ll let the moment happen right there, may coax a little, but nevertheless still capture the magic on her camera.

That’s how her photography style is – natural & relaxed. She’s also very femme & romantic.  She is inspired by anything Martha Stewart & Shabby Chic.  She believes that on your wedding day, you are a celebrity, a superstar! She crops clients like fashion magazines or will make them look like they just stepped out of a wedding spread. And its not just about the portraits but the eye for detail, soft moments, loving glances that she loves to capture.

Zooming in close for emotions, capturing wide with you against the scenery & candids of guests & all other things happening make up a wedding shot by her.  She keeps the evidence of computer wizardry to a minimum in her photos. Her style of shooting shows her work is based on reality – with an additional sense of sassiness.
